District reports MTSS expansion and increased Panorama use, cites teacher time as hurdle

Board members asked about resistance and adoption in classrooms; Cook said support staff are broadly using Panorama, while some classroom teachers have not yet changed workflows and need to see efficiency gains before fully adopting the tool.
