Ave. was recommended 10‑0 to permit commercial development consistent with the Owasso‑area plan, and CZ‑573 (AG to AG‑R) was recommended 10‑0 to allow smaller agricultural‑residential lot areas. Staff emphasized landscaping, screening, right‑of‑way and infrastructure standards where relevant; applicants indicated agreement with staff recommendations in each case.
The Commission’s unanimous recommendations will be forwarded through the standard review process for final action as required by code.
