The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission approved the preliminary minor subdivision plat for Sunset Meadows on Oct. 15, 2025. Applicant Lisa Miller / 3D Conservation Group proposed a ±51-acre plat subdivided into 10 lots; staff and TAC recommended approval subject to INCOG addressing/assignment, utility release letters, and Tulsa County engineering review and drainage plan submission prior to final plat.
Though the applicant was not present at the hearing, staff reported a letter from the applicant agreeing to the recommendations. The Commission approved the item 7-0-0. Tulsa County engineering will need to review and sign off on required engineering plans before final filing.
