Summary
PUD‑457‑7 (7908 S. Fulton Ave.) was continued to Nov. 19, 2025 at staff’s request to allow franchise utility review of a proposed accessory structure that encroaches on a City utility easement; the motion to continue passed 10-0.

The applicant for PUD‑457‑7, Mark Nelson, requested that the item be heard at the Nov. 5 meeting, but staff asked that franchise utilities review the proposal because a portion of the detached accessory structure would encroach into a City of Tulsa utility easement. Staff said approval at the hearing would not be an endorsement of any encroachment agreement and recommended continuance to allow utility and franchise review.
The Commission voted 10-0 to continue the item to Nov. 19, 2025. The applicant said they have a separate encroachment application in process with Development Services but agreed to the continuance to allow staff review.
