The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission approved Greenhill Phase III’s preliminary plat on Oct. 15, 2025. Applicant John Droz / Route 66 Engineering proposed a single-lot plat covering approximately 46.38 acres. TAC conditions included removal of contours on the final plat, showing property pins, identifying addresses for lots, and representing proposed easements and public infrastructure on the face of the plat; staff recommended approval subject to those conditions.
Commissioner Craddock moved to approve the preliminary plat and Commissioner Shivel seconded; the motion carried 7-0-0. Conditions require submittal of engineering plans, drainage reports, and explicit depiction of existing and proposed easements prior to final plat approval.
