The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission approved the preliminary plat for The Peak at the Parkway on Oct. 15, 2025. Applicant Michael Ledford (Cyntergy) presented a plat consisting of 38 lots across 4 blocks on roughly 16.81 acres. The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) provided a set of conditions — including the need to provide a subdivision control data sheet, supply engineer and surveyor contact details, adjust Lot 3 Block 1 to provide at least 20 feet of street frontage, and resolve utility and IDP requirements — and staff recommended approval subject to those TAC conditions.
Commissioner Craddock moved to approve and Commissioner Shivel seconded; the motion carried 7-0-0. The action requires a City of Tulsa release letter prior to final plat approval and follow-up items include final engineering submittals, confirmation of utility tie-in locations, and a landscape plan certification prior to issuance of occupancy permits.
