Summary
The commission voted 7-0-0 to recommend rezoning Z-7838 (northwest corner of E. Admiral Place and N. 109th E. Ave.) from RS-3 and CS to CS to regularize an existing building-services/office and storage use and align zoning with the Comprehensive Plan's 'Multiple Use' designation.

The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission recommended approval Oct. 15, 2025, to rezone a property at the northwest corner of East Admiral Place and North 109th East Avenue from RS-3 and CS to CS. Staff said the rezoning would resolve zoning nonconformities associated with an existing building service/HVAC office and storage use and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan’s ‘‘Multiple Use’’ designation for the Admiral corridor. The applicant (Premier Management Group LLC) indicated agreement with staff's recommendation.
Commissioner Craddock moved to recommend approval and Commissioner Shivel seconded; the motion carried 7-0-0. No members of the public spoke at the hearing. The staff report noted the property abuts CS zoning to the east and west and City-owned stormwater/training facilities to the north.
