At the June 5 meeting the North Clackamas board moved and approved a consent agenda that included employment changes (noted in the minutes as 'licensed terminations'), continuation of non-licensed administrator contracts for the 2025-26 school year, approval of middle school and high school student fee schedules for 2025-26, and a series of student travel permission requests. The travel requests approved in the consent agenda included: 14 Clackamas High School students to McMinnville, OR (June 15-18, 2025); 2 Adrienne C. Nelson High School students to Des Moines, IA (June 14-21, 2025); 30 Clackamas High School students to Tillamook, OR (July 20-24, 2025); 20 Rex Putnam High School students to Rockaway Beach, OR (Aug. 22-25, 2025); and 20 Rex Putnam students to Cougar, WA (Aug. 11-15, 2025).
The consent agenda was moved by Vice Chair Jena Benologa and seconded by Director Mitzi Bauer and recorded as passing 5-0 with Paul Kemp not present at the time of the vote (R24/25-81). The minutes indicate that a copy of the employment changes list was made part of the official minutes; details of individual personnel actions are recorded in that list rather than in the meeting narrative.
