At the June 8 meeting the board unanimously approved the consent calendar. Items approved included the May 2026 regular board meeting minutes, the May expense and payroll registers, the financial summary for May 2026, the CCSPP plan and an SB 858 item documenting reserves in excess of minimum required levels.
Trustee Stephanie Sexauer moved to approve the consent items and Acting Board President Roxanne Rosales seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The approvals were recorded as routine consent business and required no further action at this meeting.
