At the Aug. 7 meeting the board voted to accept the OSBA 2025-26 Superintendent Evaluation Facilitation Plan and Targeted Feedback Survey.
Director Anna Huit moved to accept the plan and survey as outlined in Appendix A of the OSBA proposal; Board Chair Nathan McClintock seconded. The motion passed 6-1, with Carol Yardley recorded as the lone Nay. The board previously discussed the possibility of adopting a full superintendent evaluation cycle and tabled that broader implementation for later consideration.
The accepted targeted feedback survey will be used as part of the superintendent evaluation facilitation for 2025–26 as described in the OSBA proposal included in the board packet.
