Interim Superintendent Jeanne Grazioli outlined current practices and proposed replacing individual quarterly one-on-one meetings with small-group sessions of two to three Board members focused on specific topics. The Board did not adopt a final, binding template at the retreat but asked members to review existing materials and return with priorities at the September 5 retreat. Members were asked to submit top priorities by August 11 to inform the next retreat.
