"This would now be the the 4th if approved," a staff presenter said. After a motion and second, commissioners voted "Aye" with no opposition and adopted resolution 24-18.
Commissioners asked if municipalities within a county are bound by the county's equipment choice. Staff answered that if the county board runs the election, the county-selected equipment is used countywide, but municipalities or school districts that run their own elections may choose other certified systems consistent with law.
