Other approved items included a service agreement for a Future Forward Camp, a California Healthy Youth Act training contract, payments to outside counsel (Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo; Lozano Smith), approval for Mendota Police Department to use the district Aztec logo at a community event, and a Memorandum of Understanding for the Career Technical Education Incentive Grant Program. The board discussed the CIF overnight wrestling permissions here as well and noted site discretion for execution.
