Commissioner discussion was limited; a motion to approve the resolution was made, seconded and the chair declared it carried unanimously.
The approval clears the modification for counties to begin implementation subject to their local procurement and deployment schedules. The board did not attach a fiscal note or additional conditions in the public discussion; staff said county-level acceptance testing and further local approvals will proceed before broad deployment.
