High school principal Mr. Rasmussen outlined three long‑term goals: prompting better classroom questions from teachers and students, increasing academic rigor, and embracing the "power of 'yet'"—a growth mindset approach summarized in the minutes as, "I can’t do it …. yet." Board Chair Brett Stegall asked how the board could support secondary administrators beyond funding; principals invited board visits and praised the board's continued flexibility.
