SBOE compliance office briefs board on multiple election‑law cases and Voting Rights Act analysis

Kosinski and Fasella v. Adams) remain pending in the federal and state courts.
Quayle said the office retained a subject matter expert to carry out the detailed Voting Rights Act language‑assistance analysis down to the town and village level to determine which jurisdictions meet the statutory thresholds. He also described ongoing work to implement the Judicial Security Act's confidentiality provisions and noted staffing and procedural work to complete the 2025 election law book.
