The board processed a series of action items on the consent and action calendar and approved them by voice vote. Items approved included the 2025–26 district calendar; resolutions appropriating special revenue funds for programs including school-violence prevention, facility-assessment technical assistance and seismic-assessment technical assistance; probationary teacher contract renewals; contract administrator extensions; and a classified employee appreciation-week resolution. Board members indicated these items will be placed on future consent agendas when appropriate.
Several motions included named movers and seconders in the record: for example, a board member stated "Brandy has made a motion and doctor Anna has seconded" when advancing a resolution. The board also approved a superintendent evaluation and a nonrenewal of temporary teacher contracts (Resolution 2025-11) by voice vote. The meeting record did not include an itemized roll-call tally for each resolution, and the board's approvals were recorded as voice votes of 'Aye.'
