The Seaside School District 10 Board of Directors approved its consent agenda June 17, clearing routine but substantive personnel items in a single vote.
Items included approval of the May 20, 2025 minutes; licensed employment actions (resignations from Lisa Koller and Karen Baller, and recommendations to hire Julie Schneidecker and James Nagel among others); and a long roster of coaching appointments at the high school and middle school level (for example, Jeff Roberts listed as football/head softball coach roles, Laurie Hudson for volleyball, Nathan Daniels for boys soccer and Marla Olstedt for girls basketball). The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Shannon Swedenborg and seconded by Katherine Davidson and carried 5-0 with two members absent.
The consent packet also included work agreements (speech‑language pathologist, occupational therapy assistant) and the Business Manager contract that will be effective 2025–2027. Several retirements and resignations among classified staff were provided as information items.
