Superintendent outlines building-based coaching as strategic-plan first step

The superintendent said she has visited multiple sites, met with nutrition services and elementary staff, and plans further rollouts. She also described pillar 3 work on community partnerships to expand after-school care at several sites and to bring addiction and mental-health services closer to families in South County. The board did not take formal action beyond hearing the report, and staff said they will return with more details at the April meeting.
