Petersen said participants will travel by van between sites and that breakfast would not be served prior to the site visits.
Superintendent Klinger added that the district’s strategic planning work is embedded across multiple documents but that leadership is discussing the need for a formal, connected strategic plan. The retreat is intended to help the board align priorities with what staff and schools are experiencing on site.
