The New York State Board of Elections announced the ballot order for the Conservative Party judicial delegate contest in the 9th Judicial District/99th Assembly District following a public draw overseen by Director Amy Hills.
Hills announced the first ball drawn as "2" and the second ball drawn as "25" for Blumenthal, producing the ballot order: Martin; Keegan; Blumenthal. The director explained the drawing was done in slates and that the lower-numbered ball becomes ballot position 1. The draw was conducted publicly and recorded by the board.
