The minutes record that the closed session began at 6:08 PM and the board reconvened at 6:17 PM.
The meeting agenda had noted that Action Item A (the superintendent contract) was moved to occur after closed session. The minutes show that, following reconvening, the board approved the superintendent contract by recorded motion and vote.
