Director Tyler Diep reported on a Legislative & Public Affairs Subcommittee meeting on March 20 that covered mailers, District logos, and SB 1383 (state organics regulation). The minutes also state that the Board was represented at an employee luncheon on March 25; those minutes say President Chi Charlie Nguyen, President Pro Tem Andrew Nguyen and Director Tyler Diep attended. (The roll call in the minutes lists Chi Charlie Nguyen as absent at the start of the meeting; the minutes therefore contain an internal inconsistency regarding Chi Charlie Nguyen’s attendance.)
