District audit returns no findings; projected ending fund balance reported

The Clerk said Sunpro Valley Financial completed the district audit and that the auditor reported "no findings," and an auditor summary and detailed fund tables were shared with the board for review.
"Sunpro Valley Financial completed our audit, and there were no findings," the Clerk said. The Clerk also discussed the general fund and other funds (special revenue, debt service, capital projects) and explained the district is completing the single-audit compliance portion, which is due March 31. Board members asked clarifying questions about differences between prior estimates and audit figures.
