Historic Preservation Commission restates sign‑approval conditions and restrictions

The minutes add that LED/lighted signs are permitted only if installed two feet inside a window and that flashing or scrolling lights/signs are not allowed.
These provisions were recorded as standing approval notes in the minutes and apply to any future sign applications reviewed by the commission. The minutes do not show a separate motion adopting new policy at this meeting; the notes appear as standard conditions attached to approvals and to remind applicants of applicable zoning conformity requirements.
