The committee said volunteers will be provided lunch and snacks. Members asked that a storage container be made available by DPW before the event so SRP can keep supplies on site. The minutes record that Dennise Santana will arrange for post‑event pick‑up and that SRP will update the event banner for next year if needed. The committee noted an event form has been submitted to DPW.
