Grayum said LTAC will use priorities listed under ZMC 3.34.100—tourism-generating events and infrastructure inside city limits with an emphasis on overnight stays, innovation, and economic impact. Staff will publicize the application period, compile proposals, and convene LTAC meetings after Sept. 30 but before the first Council meeting in October to make funding recommendations. The council will then consider LTAC recommendations in October, with disbursements and reimbursement processes occurring in December–January after recipients submit year-end reports and receipts.
