Local contractor tells board 20-foot driveway opening is impractical; asks for 24 feet

Board members responded with practical suggestions—reminding that the 20-foot figure applies at the property line and that owners may widen pavement beyond the right-of-way—and thanked Woodry for bringing survey copies to illustrate his point. The board eventually incorporated the 24-foot suggestion for 70-foot lots into its recommendation to the City Commission on the driveway language.
