The presenter said the general fund ended with a balance of $50,500,000, which was characterized as about a 6.2-month reserve; net income for the year was reported as $1,800,000 and general fund expenditures ended the year at approximately 87.5% of budget while revenues finished near 102% of budget. Sales tax remittances increased about 2.5% over the prior year.
