Board accepts annual investment and tax collection reports, adds certified investment officers
Summary

At the Aug. 12 special meeting, the Valley View ISD Board approved the Annual Tax Collection Report for fiscal 2024–25 and accepted the Annual Investment Report for July 1, 2024–June 30, 2025.
Finance Director Sandra C. Martinez presented both items and asked the board to add Omar Cardenas and Hector Sandoval as Investment Officers after they received certification; the board approved the recommendation. The board also approved the resolution conducting the annual review of the district's investment policy and strategies.
All three items were approved on motions by Board President Claudia Coronado with seconds from Jaime Gaona and recorded as carried in the meeting minutes.
