Council awards Mansfield Avenue reconstruction contract and approves roadway, radio and shared-service items in consent agenda

Councilwoman Musto presented the consent agenda and the motion to adopt passed by roll call. Resolution No. 87 on the consent agenda authorized a closed session for contract negotiations; the council later entered closed session on that subject.
