At its May 12 meeting, the Borough of Pitman council approved a consent agenda covering multiple infrastructure and intergovernmental items. Resolutions included awarding the Mansfield Avenue reconstruction contract to South State, Inc. (Resolution No. 82) and approving Payment No. 1 to Think Pavers Hardscaping for FY2023 NJDOT reconstruction work at Boundary Road (Resolution No. 83); the council also authorized transferring a 500 MHz repeater to the Township of Mount Laurel and a shared-service agreement with the Borough of Magnolia for street sweeping.
Councilwoman Musto presented the consent agenda and the motion to adopt passed by roll call. Resolution No. 87 on the consent agenda authorized a closed session for contract negotiations; the council later entered closed session on that subject.
