Trustee Debbie Timmermann moved to hire Cindy Wiedemann as the district's Director of Accounting; Trustee Clay Schoolfield seconded and the motion passed 7–0.
Each hire was taken as a separate action item and recorded in the official minutes as approved unanimously. The board did not discuss salary detail or contract lengths for the hires during the regular meeting.
