Acting Superintendent Dr. David Averett opened the regular portion of the meeting with a superintendent’s report that highlighted enrollment and attendance figures, expressed gratitude for the WISD Education Foundation’s recent gala, previewed upcoming graduation ceremonies, and announced a calendar adjustment to the scheduled June board meeting.
