The Waller Independent School District Board of Trustees approved a multi‑item consent agenda at its Aug. 14 regular meeting, advancing routine business including budget amendments, tax refunds, and procurement matters. Vice President Jeff Flukinger moved to approve the consent agenda (excluding a separate policy item); Trustee David Kaminski seconded and the motion carried 6‑0‑0.
Items listed on the consent agenda included tax refunds; budget amendments; RFP #257‑2025 to approve Waller ISD property insurance; consideration of an Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit (Option 3) for the 2025–2026 school year (with contractual authority delegated to the superintendent under Texas Education Code §11.1511(c)(4) and related TEC provisions); certification of anticipated tax collection rate; designation of additional T‑TESS appraisers for 2025–2026; and an amended Student Code of Conduct for 2025–2027.
