Jarrod Sterzinger of O'Connell Robertson reviewed previous bond programs, the projects they funded and the corresponding project timelines to provide context for current attendance‑boundary planning. The overview was presented to help the Attendance Boundaries Committee understand facility changes and timing that could affect future boundary scenarios.
District staff said the bond/timeline context would be used alongside demographic data from Zonda Education as staff develops draft boundary scenarios for committee and board review. No bonds or funding decisions were made at the workshop; the Citizens Committee will reconvene Dec. 5.
