Brightwaters board approves consultant, utility payments and hires demo contractor for 20 Bayway cleanup

The mayor said the village will do the work and place the cost on the owner's tax bill per the existing agreement; trustees discussed ensuring the site is secured and that temporary electric remaining on site be disconnected.
