The council awarded a sealed fencing bid to Ken Young for $550 (the other bid was $472 from Tom Vouk); Tom Vouk abstained from the award vote. The council also approved the 2025 schedule of council assignment roles and confirmed city services: City Engineer (SHE), City Newspaper (Sartell/St. Stephen Newsleader), and City Attorney (Jovanovich, Dege & Athmann, PA).
