Road resurfacing quotes put 1/2-street project on St. Stephen budget radar

Councilmembers agreed to review the quotes further at the budget meeting.
Public works staff reported recent work on 9th Ave (gravel and blading) and ongoing pothole repairs; staff said the parking lot is holding up but the east side shows more wear. The council did not authorize immediate reconstruction; members directed staff to include the quotes in the upcoming budget discussion and to continue patching and maintenance in the interim.
