Lori Jensen confirmed that Glendale received a $67,210 check from Web Grants as an early CIB bond payment, allocating $47,210 to the Silver Spur project and $20,000 to the town's water fund to cover a payment already advanced from town reserves.
Jensen also reported account balances across funds, including the General Fund ($44,367.20), Water Fund ($35,258.68), Money Market Water savings ($22,752.57 at 3.9% interest), PTIF Water fund ($18,904.34), and PTIF Road fund ($43,469.09). Marshal Cox moved to approve the monthly expenses; Clint Porter seconded and "All voted 'AYE'—MOTION PASSED," the minutes state.
The board did not vote on a specific new capital project with the Web Grants money beyond the allocation to Silver Spur; further budget actions would appear on future agendas as needed.
