The Palos Heights City Council approved a multi-item consent agenda at its April 7 meeting that included prior meeting minutes, payroll and voucher lists, two special event permits and multiple contractor payments. Alderman Jeffrey Key moved to approve the consent agenda and Alderman Pat Scully seconded; the motion carried on a 6–0 roll call.
Items on the consent agenda included special event permits for St. Mary’s Church (June 4–7, 2026) and Saint Spyridon (July 11–12, 2026), payment No. 5 to Dahme Mechanical Industries, Inc. for the 300,000-gallon ground-level storage tank in the amount of $289,169.50, and payments to Performance Pipeline, Inc. totaling $168,139.69 for the 2025 Sewer and Manhole Rehabilitation Program. The council also approved $23,294.88 to RJN Group for sanitary sewer rehabilitation on-call services and a $6,840 payment to Seeco Consultants for geotechnical work tied to emergency directional drilling on Southwest Highway.
