Lynda Schiappa said PAC would be willing to run a scarecrow competition as part of the event, and members raised other programming ideas such as a sidewalk chalk art contest or an art fair.
Committee members did not settle on a location or final format. The minutes state that “location and execution of the event are still being discussed,” leaving final choices, vendor coordination and scheduling to be determined at a future meeting.
