She told the board the driveway currently contains two drains and that the design will add leaders, piping and a dry‑well system; final details and costs will be determined after test pits and engineering analysis. Board members accepted that the stormwater approach was part of the application’s justification for variances and indicated the engineering documentation will be required for building permits.
