The board recessed to closed session at 9:01 a.m. to consider personnel matters, deliberation regarding real property, student and employee disciplinary matters, and to consult with counsel, and it reconvened in open session at 9:30 a.m. The minutes record the board's action approving the contract; the special meeting was adjourned at 9:32 a.m. The minutes list the vote as: Paige Bostwick — Yea; Jackie Flores — Absent; Lane Gulledge — Yea; Kevin Johnson — Yea; Susan Rollins — Yea; Dwayne Stovall — Absent; Jason Ward — Absent.
