The applicants made requested modifications and the plan now conforms to overlay requirements.
Secretary Roni Snyder moved to approve the site plan and Commissioner Ventrus Norfolk seconded. The commission recorded a unanimous 9–0 vote in favor and forwarded the item as approved.
