The Board of Contract and Supply opened its July 29 session and approved the minutes from the June 22 meeting by voice vote.
During the meeting the board approved four substantive procurement items: an $85,000 award recommendation for the West Prestige Street Park basketball court (funded from CDBG lines CDY 49 and 51); a $7,500 contract with MSKS Inc. for space mapping at the Binghamton Health Center (425 Robinson Street); change order 1 for Signal 1 Fire Equipment (quint 2) increasing the contract by $26,316.91 charged to the source wall contract; and change order number 12 with Bakery Construction to add traffic loops and related items, increasing the contract by $11,089.59 charged to the CHIPS line.
A Committee member moved and another seconded each item; the board approved all motions by voice vote. A Committee member moved to adjourn and, after a second and voice vote, the Chair declared the meeting adjourned.
