Public Works Director Sean Igo told the council residents can provide feedback through the MPK app, via customer service, or by contacting Public Works so staff can relay concerns to the transit provider. Councilmembers noted coordination challenges because cities completed reroutes at different times, but encouraged staff to continue conversations with Alhambra to identify feasible intersection points for transfers.
No formal action was taken; staff confirmed they will relay feedback and continue coordination with neighboring jurisdictions.
