Trustees approved a resolution authorizing execution of an easement agreement between the Village of North Riverside and EJSW 1, LLC to permit installation of street-lighting infrastructure. The easement was introduced by Public Works Director Ranieri and Trustees Tricoci and the full board adopted resolution 26-R-11 on a 6–0 roll call.
The attached public-works report in the meeting packet documents related street-light work on Desplaines Avenue and notes controller wiring, pole foundations and ComEd decommissioning of old lights. The resolution authorizes the village to accept the easement and proceed with arrangements described by staff.
