Council member Hayden moved to approve Resolution No. 2026-12, authorizing contractor's application for payment No. 13 in the amount of $661,500.00 to Eriksen Construction for the water treatment plant expansion; the motion passed unanimously (YES: J. Lewis, Socha, Dean and Hayden). The council also approved Contractor's Change Order No. 1 (final) for a decrease of $1,918.25 from Luxa Construction for Valley Landing street paving improvements.
Later the council passed Resolution No. 2026-13 authorizing Core Bank to disburse $25,990.05 to Luxa Construction for payment application No. 3 and $5,981.52 to the City for engineer fees. City Engineer Perry said the water‑main replacement schedule will begin in late spring.
