Board approves easements for DesPlaines Avenue lighting project with library and golf club

The Village Board voted to authorize three separate easement agreements to allow installation of street lighting along DesPlaines Avenue. The resolutions—26‑R‑07 (library easement), 26‑R‑08 (Riverside Golf Club first easement) and 26‑R‑09 (Riverside Golf Club second easement)—were each moved, seconded and approved by unanimous roll‑call votes on May 4.
Trustee Tricoci introduced the easement requests submitted by Public Works Director Ranieri; Trustee Bianco seconded the motions. The easements were described in the meeting as necessary to proceed with the DesPlaines Avenue Lighting Project; no dissent was recorded in the board minutes.
