Resident says fiber‑optic crews damaged Rigley Road; highway superintendent pledges repairs

During the privilege of the floor at the July 13 meeting, resident Robert Dooley reported that crews installing fiber‑optic lines at his secondary residence at 318 Rigley Road created severe damage to the roadway. Dooley requested repairs and described the condition as significant.
